Social Care Manager – Mainstream Residential

Location: Waterford
Salary: €52,000 – €55,000
Contract: Full-time, Permanent 

About the Role:

TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting a Social Care Manager on behalf of a leading children's residential service based in County Waterford.

As a Social Care Manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the residential centre and be responsible for a hard working and dedicated team of Social Care Workers and Social Care Leaders.

Requirements:

• Level 8 Qualification in Social Care and 4 years experience working in Social care with young people.

• Level 7 Qualification in Social Care & relevant management qualification and 4 years experience working in Social care with young people.

• Full clean drivers licence and access to own transport
• Experience in leading others and demonstrate the ability to empower others to achieve. 
• Positivity, flexibility and problem-solving attributes, as well as empathy and maturity
