TTM Healthcare Solutions are now hiring Chefs to join our team working in a HSE Community Nursing Unit in Mayo, offering flexible agency shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including weekend coverage. Requirements:

• Right to work in Ireland (EU passport or Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, 4 EUFam)
• International Police Clearance (if applicable)
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting
• Relevant Qualification 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals to high quality and nutritional standards for residents
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including stock control and ordering
• Work collaboratively with the care team to meet residents’ dietary requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times
