Social Care Leader – Mainstream Residential

Location: Avoca, Co. Wicklow
Salary: €42,432 – €46,176
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

As a Social Care Leader you will play a leading role in supporting your team to ensure the house runs smoothly in it's day to day operations. You will assist in the building of individual care plans, ensuring child-centred care is at the core of everything you do.

Requirements:

• Level 7/Level 8 Qualification in Social Care or equivalent
• At least 1 years experience working with children and young people 
• Full manual drivers licence and access to own transport
• Experience leading teams and working in therapeutic care models
• Flexible to work 15 & 24hr shifts
