TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client to recruit a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer based in Fethard, Co. Tipperary.
Location: Fethard, Co. Tipperary
Position: Grade III Clerical Officer
Hours: 21 or 28 hours per week (Tuesday–Friday)
Contract: Immediate vacancy | Month-to-month rolling contract
Pay: €16.41 to €26.39 per hour depending on previous experience
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support within a busy office environment.
- Support HR administration, including the onboarding of new staff.
- Assist with payroll administration using Quantum and TMS systems.
- Carry out a range of general clerical and administrative duties, including document preparation, data entry and record management.
- Prepare, format and maintain documents using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and telephone enquiries.
- Provide reception and front-of-house support, responding to telephone and in-person enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process and maintain petty cash records in accordance with organisational procedures.
- Scan, upload and organise electronic documents while maintaining structured filing systems.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is filed appropriately.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and in accordance with GDPR and organisational policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in a clerical, administrative or office support role.
- Experience supporting HR administration, including staff onboarding.
- Previous payroll administration experience, ideally using Quantum and/or TMS.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Experience providing reception and front-of-house support.
- Experience processing petty cash or carrying out basic financial administration.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing workloads.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
