TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector to recruit a temporary Grade IV Clerical Officer in Donegal.
Location: Donegal
Hours: 9am to 5pm, 35hour working week
Contract: Temporary 3-6 month initial contract
Pay-rate: 19.97 30.67 per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience
This role involves some travel between two locations so full drivers licence and access to own car is essential.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Ensure the efficient day-to-day administration of area of responsibility.
- Attend meetings as required, record minutes for a number of meetings. Maintain accurate and up to date records.
- Maintain own knowledge of relevant procedures, practices and legislation to perform the role effectively and to ensure standards are met by own team.
- Ensure the management and maintenance of all records in an orderly and secure manner.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- To plan and organise work of the department/section
- Meet the deadlines for time and attendance entry, specifically the weekly entry deadlines in a timely and effective manner
- To keep informed of relevant legislation, regulations, guidelines
- To enhance internal and external service delivery by good communications
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Highly proficient in Minute Taking
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for communication and scheduling.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
