This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults with disabilities in a person-centred environment, helping them to maintain independence, engage in their community, and achieve positive outcomes in their daily lives.

This temporary role offers the potential for a permanent position for suitable candidates.

You will support service users with their day-to-day needs, including personal care, community engagement, attending appointments, medication management, and social and recreational activities, while promoting independence, dignity, and choice at all times.

Working Hours

• Rosters include mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers, and weekends
• Weekend availability is essential
• Flexible shift patterns available depending on service needs
• Sleepover shifts only – no waking nights

Requirements

• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, Nursing Studies, Social Care, or a related field
• Previous experience supporting adults in a Social Care, Healthcare, or Disability Support setting
• Experience with personal care and medication administration is desirable
• Full Driver's License
• Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach
• Resident in Ireland and hold one of the following: EU Passport, Stamp 1G, Stamp 4, Stamp 4D, Stamp 5, or Stamp 4 EUFam
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting
• International Police Clearance (required if you have lived outside Ireland for more than six months after the age of 16)
