Job Description
TTM Healthcare Solutions (TTM) are currently recruiting Support Workers for a Day Service in Leitrim supporting adults with intellectual disabilities. This role offers Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm hours, perfect for those seeking a great work-life balance in a rewarding care environment.Benefits

Requirements
- Right to work in Ireland (EU passport or Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, 4 EUFam)
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 months' experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
- Full driver's licence - Required
- Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting
- International Police Clearance (if applicable)
- Valid Moving & Handling certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Buccal training - Preferred or willingness to complete
- Person-centred and client-focused approach
Responsibilities
- Provide independence-focused and person-centred care for service users
- Support with daily activities, including social integration and communication
- Encourage personal development and participation in community-based programmes
- Maintain accurate record-keeping and adhere to service plans
- Promote dignity, inclusion and safeguarding at all times
