Requirements

• Right to work in Ireland (EU passport or Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, 4 EUFam)
• QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a healthcare or social care setting (minimum 6 months preferred)
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting
• International Police Clearance (if applicable)
• Valid Moving and Handling certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support focusing on independence and dignity
• Assist with daily activities, promoting inclusion and safety
• Support service users in achieving personal goals
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to care plans
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
