Healthcare Assistant – Kildare

Requirements:

QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support or equivalent
3 months of previous relevant experience
Right to work in Ireland (EU passport or Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, 4 EUFam)
International Police Clearance (if applicable)
Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting
Vaccinations: Hepatitis B, MMR, Tuberculosis, Varicella

Responsibilities:

Support individuals in daily living activities within day services, residential, and community settings
Foster an environment that promotes independence and dignity
Assist with personal care when required
Encourage service users to participate in activities and social inclusion
Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
