We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our team based at St Joseph’s Campus, Limerick. The role involves delivering high-quality social work services to individuals and families within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.

Location: St Joseph’s Campus, Mulgrave Street, Limerick

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, intervention, and support to service users
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Advocate on behalf of clients and ensure safeguarding practices
• Maintain accurate case records and reports
• Participate in service planning and development

Requirements

• Relevant Social Work qualification (CORU registered or eligible)
• Experience in healthcare or community settings desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full driver’s licence and access to a car (essential)

Hours

• Full-time position
• Reduced hours may be considered
