TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector to recruit for a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer in Nenagh
Location: Nenagh
Position: Grade III Clerical Officer
Hours: Full time, MonFri, 95 (35 hours a week)
Pay: 17.49 - 27.06 per hour depending on previous relevant public sector experience
Contract: Month- Month Rolling Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails using Outlook, responding to or forwarding enquiries as appropriate.
- Perform data entry while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and update internal databases and records systems.
- Prepare, format, and edit documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Scan, upload, and organise digital documents within company systems.
- Maintain structured filing systems, including both electronic and hard copy records.
- Provide general administrative support including document preparation, correspondence, and record management.
- Assist colleagues with day-to-day administrative tasks to support efficient workflow across the office.
- Handle confidential information and records securely and professionally.
- Provide occasional telephone support when required.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in an administration, office support, or clerical role.
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Data entry and database management skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently in a busy office environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to learn and use a new CRM system and be IT savvy.
