TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client to recruit a Grade III Pensions Administrator in Dublin
Location: North Dublin 
Hours: 35 hour working week
Contract: Fixed term Contract (6 months)
Pay-rate: 17.99-27.06 per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for pension-related services and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation.
  • Process applications, correspondence, and data in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Respond to queries from staff and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documentation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection and confidentiality requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support service delivery.

Essential Criteria

  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Accurate data entry and record management skills.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and Data Protection requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a positive and flexible approach.
