Job Type: Temporary 6-month initial contract
Full time: 35 hours, Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00
Pay rate: €19.77 - €30.37 per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience
Job Purpose
To support the finance and procurement functions through accurate financial processing, procurement administration, SAP system use, bank reconciliations, and records management.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and purchase orders.
- Carry out bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial and procurement records.
- Use SAP and financial management systems for transaction processing and reporting.
- Support procurement activities, supplier queries, and contract administration.
- Assist with month-end reporting and audit preparation.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
Essential Criteria
- Previous finance and procurement administration experience essential.
- Experience using SAP and financial management systems.
- Experience with bank reconciliations, receipts, invoices, and payments.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
