TTM Healthcare are partnering with a social care organisation to recruit Social Care Workers to join their Outreach & Community-Based services across Dublin and surrounding areas. 

The chosen candidates for these roles will transport the young people to and from school and other necessary activities, as well as to family visits that are authorised and approved. 

The ideal candidate will meet the essential criteria noted below, but most importantly will have a personable approach to their care towards young people, ensuring the children feel safe and comfortable in their care. The role is perfect for social care professionals who value autonomy, collaboration, reflective practice and making a real impact in the community. 

Location - Co. Dublin 

Salary - €35,490 - €38,532 DOE 

Hours - Day shifts only, hours can vary slightly depending on the young person's travel requirements

Entry Criteria 

• Minimum Level 7 qualification in social care or a related qualification 
• Coru registration is essential (social care/social work registered) 
• Full clean drivers license 
• Legal right to work in Ireland
