TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in Galway to recruit a HR Manager. 
Location: Oranmore 

Hours: Monday to Friday-35 hours full time hours 
Duration:12 month fixed-term contract 
Pay scale: €60,000+ per annum (depending on previous relevant verified experience)
Available for start June/July 

Job Purpose

The HR Manager will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR service across the organisation, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, supporting employee relations, and driving best practice across all HR functions. The role will work closely with management and staff and will be supported by the HR Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters
  • Ensure compliance with current employment legislation, organisational policies, and HR best practice
  • Manage and lead employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and investigation processes
  • Oversee and support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal and organisational requirements
  • Process and renew applications via the DETE (Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment)
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development initiatives
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records, systems, and reporting
  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with organisational values
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to support HR and organisational objectives
  • Provide support and guidance to the HR Administrator

Essential Criteria

  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in an HR role, ideally in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
  • Proven experience managing employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary, and grievance processes
  • Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
