Community Nurse

TTM Healthcare Solutions (TTM) is currently recruiting Community Nurses for an agency contract role based in Limerick City, supporting patients in a community-based setting. This is an attractive opportunity if you’re looking for full-time, consistent weekday hours on a temporary 3‑month contract, with Monday to Friday shifts from 9am to 5pm, allowing for real work–life balance while continuing to build your community nursing experience.

Requirements

• Active NMBI registration

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar nursing role

• Full driver’s licence and access to own car

• Resident in Ireland with valid work permission (EU passport or GNIB Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, or 4 EUFam)

• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting

• International Police Clearance if lived outside Ireland for more than 6 months after age 16

• Wound care, IV therapy, and caseload experience 

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the community

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the wider medical team

• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as required

• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
