TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in Galway to recruit a Permanent HR Data Administrator. 
Location: Clarinbridge 

Hours: Monday to Friday-35 hours full time hours 
Duration:Permanent Contract 
Pay scale: €36,109- €52,235 per annum (depending on previous relevant verified experience)

Role Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative, operational, and analytical support across HR functions, with a strong focus on data reporting and insights. The role ensures accurate, compliant HR processes while supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement in HR service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop HR dashboards (headcount, turnover, absence, recruitment, compliance)
  • Produce accurate reports using Excel, Power BI, and other tools
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests
  • Support improvements in data quality and reporting processes
  • Oversee fortnightly timesheet processing and payroll coordination
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of HR and team
  • Assist with GDPR-related requests (e.g. Subject Access Requests)
  • Maintain accurate and compliant personnel records
  • Prepare monthly HR reports (e.g. starters/leavers, working time compliance)
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures
  • Build effective working relationships across the organisation
  • Support HR and organisational objectives
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders

Essential Criteria

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related discipline
  • Experience in HR administration, HR operations, or HR analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience in data reporting and interpreting trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Full clean driver’s licence and access to a car for travel within the region
