TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector to recruit for a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer in Limerick.
Location: Limerick City
Position: Grade III Clerical Officer
Hours: Full time 35 hours per week (Hybrid working available)
Pay: €17.31 - €26.79 depending on previous relevant verified public sector experience
Contract: 3-month initial contract
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up to date and correctly filed.
- Review and cross-check documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with internal teams and external contacts to request, confirm, and share information.
- Support the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, preparing documentation, and recording key actions where required.
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with tracking progress of tasks and following up on outstanding actions.
- Use internal systems effectively and adapt quickly to new processes and tools.
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role.
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage workload independently and work as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience managing multiple inboxes and handling a range of administrative tasks.
- Good IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
