Location: Ennis
Position: Grade III Clerical Officer
Hours: Full time 35 hours per week (Mid-week and weekend work required) 5/7 day availability
Pay: €17.31 - €26.79 depending on previous relevant verified public sector experience
Contract: Month to Month Rolling contract
Job Purpose:
To provide efficient administrative support that ensures the smooth and well-organised day-to-day running of the office, assisting the team with a range of administrative tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other documentation.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Support the coordination of meetings and events.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time management abilities.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Previous clerical or administrative experience is essential.
