TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector in
Dublin to recruit a temporary
Grade III Clerical Officer.
Location: Ballyfermot Hours: 35 hours
Duration: Temporary 6-month initial contract
Pay scale: €17.31- €26.79 (depending on previous relevant public sector experience)
Available for an immediate StartKey Responsibilities:
- Provide general clerical support including filing, data entry, and record management
- Deliver administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update databases and office systems
- Assist in the organisation and coordination of conferences and events across multiple locations
- Prepare materials and support logistics for meetings and conferences
- Liaise with staff and external stakeholders as required
- Support basic financial/admin tasks (e.g. invoices, expenses)
- Travel to off-site locations including conferences as required
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in a clerical or administrative role
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail
- Full clean driving licence
- Access to own vehicle for work-related travel
