Job Description
TTM Healthcare Solutions (TTM) are currently recruiting Social Care Workers for temporary agency work in a Children’s Mainstream Residential setting in County Monaghan. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified professionals seeking day shifts with sleepovers, offering meaningful work supporting young people in a structured, person‑centred environment.

Requirements
- Level 8 degree in Social Care or equivalent
- CORU registration
- Full, clean driver’s licence
- Resident in Ireland with valid work permission (EU passport or GNIB Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, or 4 EUFam)
- International Police Clearance if lived outside Ireland for more than 6 months after age 16
- Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting
Responsibilities
- Providing therapeutic, person‑centred care to children and young people in a residential setting
- Promoting safety, stability, and positive development in line with care plans
- Supporting daily routines, education, and social development
- Managing behaviours in a calm and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records and effective communication with the wider care team
