Act as first point of contact and manage reception duties
Provide administrative support to the team and Service Manager
Handle phone queries and provide information confidentially
Organise travel, meetings, events, and maintain records/minutes
Maintain accurate filing systems and process post
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
Support daily operations including opening/closing the hub
Manage office supplies and equipment
Assist with promotions, fundraising, and group administration
Support financial processes (purchase orders, invoices, expenses, petty cash)
Maintain and update social media, tracking engagement and targets
Work collaboratively with staff to deliver youth-friendly content
Follow organisational policies and support team activities
3 years’ admin experience in a front-facing role
OR relevant degree with 2 years’ experience
Strong verbal and written skills
Experience dealing with the public, including young people
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office, Office 365, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint
Some experience with social media/marketing
Ability to work accurately, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards
