Role Responsibilities

• Support service users with daily living activities and person-centred care plans.
• Promote independence, inclusion, and participation within the community.
• Assist individuals in achieving personal goals and developing life skills.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and empowering environment at all times.
• Adhere to organisational policies, national standards, and best practice guidelines.
• Complete accurate documentation and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care (or equivalent)
• CORU registration (or eligibility for registration)
• Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities and/or autism is desirable
• Must be currently residing in Ireland and hold one of the following:
  • EU Passport
  • Stamp 1G
  • Stamp 2
  • Stamp 4
  • Stamp 4D
  • Stamp 5
  • EUFam Stamp 4
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting
• International Police Clearance required for anyone who has lived outside Ireland for more than six months after the age of 16
• Full clean driving licence and access to own transport
• SAM (Safe Administration of Medication) and Buccal Medication training required
