Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Temporary Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide therapeutic services to patients to help improve their ability to perform daily activities and enhance their quality of life. This position requires a professional with strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patients' physical and mental abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.- Implement therapeutic activities and interventions to promote patients' rehabilitation and independence.- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Educate patients and their families on maintaining functional health and wellness.- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatments and progress.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.- Valid state Occupational Therapist license.- Proven experience in a clinical setting preferred.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
