TTM Healthcare Solutions (TTM) is partnering with a leading Social Care organisation to recruit Healthcare Assistants for temporary agency roles in Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

This residential service provides support to individuals with intellectual disabilities and complex needs in a person-centred environment. The role offers a combination of sleepover shifts (9:00am - 9:00am) and long day shifts (9:00am - 9:00pm).

Please note: Due to the specific needs of the service users and to maintain continuity of care, male candidates are preferred for this position.

Requirements

• QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support, Nursing Studies, Social Care, Community Care, or equivalent
• Previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Assistant is desirable
• Resident in Ireland and hold one of the following: EU Passport, Stamp 1G, Stamp 2, Stamp 4, Stamp 4D, Stamp 5, or EUFam Stamp 4
• Ability to demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a person-centred approach to care
• Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting
• International Police Clearance (if you have lived outside Ireland for more than six months after the age of 16)
• SAM (Safe Administration of Medication) and Buccal Medication training required
