Job Description
TTM Healthcare Solutions (TTM) is partnering with a leading Social Care organisation to recruit Support Workers (Drivers) for agency (temporary) roles in Grange, Co. Sligo. This is an excellent opportunity to work in an intellectual disability day service with full‑time lines available and consistent hours, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. Requirements
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare Support, Nursing Studies, or Social Care
- Full clean driving license
- Resident in Ireland with valid work permission (EU passport or GNIB Stamp 1G, 2, 4, 4D, 5, or 4 EUFam)
- Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting
- International Police Clearance if lived outside Ireland for more than 6 months after age 16
- Ability to demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a person‑centered approach
Responsibilities
- Supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in a day service setting
- Promoting independence, dignity, choice, and social inclusion
- Assisting with daily activities, programmes, and community engagement
- Providing transport support where required as part of the service
- Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary care team
