We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Temporary Social Worker to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) team in Cavan. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing support and intervention for young people experiencing mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their needs and develop tailored intervention plans.- Provide individual and group counseling to young people and their families.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and effective treatment plans.- Advocate for clients' rights and liaise with external agencies to facilitate access to resources and support services.- Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress.- Participate in case conferences and contribute to the development of service delivery strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

- A degree in Social Work or a related field.- Registration with the relevant professional body.- Experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting.
