TTM Healthcare Solutions (TTM) are recruiting 5 Full-Time Healthcare Assistants for Agency work at Waterford University Hospital, covering Day and Night shifts.

Candidates must be available during the week and flexible to work across different wards. Duties may include specialing patients or working alongside the multidisciplinary team, caring for a number of patients. Please note that each shift may vary depending on ward requirements.

Successful candidates can expect 3–4 shifts per week for day shifts, with ongoing weekly shift availability.

Requirements

• QQI Level 5 Qualification in Healthcare Support or equivalent

• All vaccinations: Hepatitis B, MMR, Tuberculosis & Varicella

• Resident in Ireland and hold one of the following:

  • EU passport, or

  • GNIB card with Stamp 1G, Stamp 2, Stamp 4, Stamp 4D, Stamp 5, or Stamp 4 EUFam

• Willing to undergo Garda Vetting

• International Police Clearance (if lived outside Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to service users, including feeding, washing, and dressing

• Assist service users with daily activities, ensuring comfort and well-being

• Provide emotional support to service users

• Report any notable activities or incidents to the person in charge
