To provide a professional front-of-house reception service while ensuring accurate, confidential, and well-organised filing and records management systems.
-Act as first point of contact for visitors and callers
-Greet visitors professionally and notify relevant staff
-Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls
-Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and couriers
-Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
-Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems (paper and electronic)
-File, retrieve, scan, and archive records in line with procedures
-Ensure documents are stored securely and comply with data protection requirements
-Update and maintain records to ensure accuracy and accessibility
-Manage filing room organisation and document control
-Experience in a receptionist or records/filing role
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
-Competent in basic IT systems and document management
