TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client to recruit for a temporary Home Services Administrator in Galway.
Location: Loughrea
Hours: Full time, Mon-Thur 9-5.30, Fri 9-5
Salary: €32,492
Contract: temporary 6 week initial contract
End of January start date
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service referrals, staff availability, and scheduling to ensure effective service coverage.
- Communicate rota or service changes clearly with staff, families, and external stakeholders as appropriate.
- Monitor service delivery records, highlighting any issues and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Process timesheets, invoices, and related documentation accurately, working closely with the Finance team.
- Provide administrative and reception support, including handling calls, correspondence, record-keeping, and general office duties.
- Maintain accurate staff and client files in line with organisational policies and procedures.
- Liaise with external agencies and partners to support service delivery and maintain effective working relationships.
- Support recruitment, interviews, and induction of new staff.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a busy administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency in using office software (MS Office, email, etc.).
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of hospital or clinical operations is an advantage.
