Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Temporary Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing therapeutic services to patients with physical, developmental, or cognitive impairments. This position requires a professional who can quickly adapt to our dynamic environment and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living and work skills.- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment.- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Maintain accurate records and comply with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.- CORU registration - Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
