Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist for a temporary position at Birr CNU. The successful candidate will specialize in rehabilitation and services for older persons, providing expert care and developing individualized treatment plans to enhance the quality of life for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans.- Implement and evaluate occupational therapy interventions aimed at improving the functional abilities of older adults.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care.- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to promote independence and safety.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.- Stay informed on the latest practices and developments in occupational therapy and geriatric care.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.- Registration with the relevant professional body.- Proven experience in rehabilitation and working with older persons.- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duration: 6 -12 months
