TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector in Sligo to recruit a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer.
Location: Sligo
Hours: 35 hours (full time 9-5 Monday to Friday)
Duration: Temporary 3 month initial contract
Pay scale: €17.04- €26.52 (depending on previous relevant public sector experience)
Job Purpose:
To provide efficient administrative support that ensures the smooth and well-organised day-to-day running of the office, assisting the team with a range of administrative tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other documentation.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Support the coordination of meetings and events.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is an advantage.
