We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Scientist to join our Blood Transfusion team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests related to blood transfusion services and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests related to blood transfusion.- Ensure compliance with all relevant protocols, guidelines, and regulations.- Maintain accurate records and documentation of laboratory procedures and results.- Collaborate with medical staff to provide timely and effective transfusion support.- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to maintain laboratory standards.- Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff and interns as required.- Stay updated with advancements in transfusion medicine and laboratory techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Medical Science, Biomedical Science, or related field.- Proven experience in a blood transfusion laboratory setting.- Strong knowledge of blood transfusion procedures and protocols.- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.- Strong communication skills for interaction with medical personnel and patients.- Commitment to maintaining high standards of laboratory practice and patient care.
