Job Description:Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Temporary Occupational Therapist Assistant to support our occupational therapy team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care, working closely with Occupational Therapists to facilitate patient rehabilitation and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing treatment plans and interventions tailored to patient needs.- Support patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities to improve functional abilities.- Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the Occupational Therapist.- Educate patients and families on exercises and activities to be continued at home.- Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment, ensuring equipment is readily available and safe for use.- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.

Skills Required:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.- Strong observational and problem-solving skills to assist in patient assessments.- Ability to follow directions and work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.- Proficient in the use of therapy equipment and technology.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications:- Certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.- Knowledge of basic occupational therapy principles and practices.
