Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have specialized skills in working with children and families, providing support and intervention to ensure their well-being and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify the needs of children and families within the community.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of children, ensuring their safety and promoting their well-being.
• Provide guidance, advice, and support to families, helping them navigate available resources and services.
• Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to coordinate comprehensive care for children and families.
• Monitor and review cases regularly to ensure effective delivery of services and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and interventions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Registration with the relevant professional body, CORU
• Proven experience in adult mental health services.
• Be a resident in Ireland and hold one of the following: EU passport or GNIB card with Stamp 1G, Stamp 2, Stamp 4, Stamp 4D, Stamp 5, or 4 EUFam.
• Willing to undergo Garda Vetting. 
• International Police Clearance required (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
