To provide high-quality business and administrative support to the service, with a key focus on processing payments, ensuring accurate financial records. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of accounts processes.
Process weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc payments to service providers.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all payments are correctly coded and authorised.
Reconcile allowances, expenses, and additional support payments.
Respond to payment queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Update spreadsheets, databases, and financial logs to support budget tracking.
Prepare basic financial reports for management when required.
Provide general administrative support, including handling calls, emails, and enquiries.
Schedule meetings, assessments, reviews, and training sessions.
Prepare letters, reports, and general documentation as needed.
Experience handling payments, invoicing, or financial transactions.
Basic understanding of accounts processes, financial accuracy, and reconciliation.
Strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to work with sensitive information.
Confident using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and data-entry systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
