Senior Clinical Psychologist – Mental Health Services 

We are recruiting a Senior Clinical Psychologist to join a leading mental health service provider, working across adult and later-life mental health care. This role offers the opportunity to influence service delivery, lead on clinical practice, and contribute to multidisciplinary decision-making. You will play a key part in assessment, care planning, supervision, and ongoing service development.

Requirements

• Recognised Level 8 degree in Psychology with honours

• Postgraduate professional qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (PSI-recognised or DoH validated)

• Minimum 5 years’ postgraduate experience (including at least 2 years at Staff Grade)

• Strong clinical assessment, formulation, and therapeutic skills

• Experience supervising other clinicians and contributing to multidisciplinary care

• Commitment to ethical practice, research, CPD, and service improvement

Duties Include

• Delivering a high-quality, evidence-based clinical psychology service

• Managing assessments, interventions, and individualised care plans

• Providing supervision, training, and consultation to staff and trainees

• Contributing to service development, policy, audits, and research

• Ensuring compliance with governance, documentation, and professional standards
