TTM Healthcare Solutions is proud to partner with a leading residential service in Bray, Co. Wicklow, to recruit experienced Social Care Workers on a temporary basis.

Our client supports adults with intellectual disabilities, focusing on positive experiences through consistent, person-centred and positive behaviour support practices.

Flexible agency shifts through TTM (typically 3-4 per week) offer an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience with an established organisation while working on your terms.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate and implement a person-centred approach aligned with each service user’s wishes and goals
Promote and protect service users’ rights, ensuring dignity, choice, and privacy
Encourage new interests and opportunities to help individuals build meaningful roles in their communities
Support overall wellbeing, including health and personal care needs.
Assist in developing essential life skills

Requirements

A recognised Social Care qualification
CORU registration
Flexibility to work a variety of shift types
Three satisfactory work references
Driving may be required at times for activities, so a full manual license is required
