��Location: Primary Care Centre, Ballina, Mayo
⌛Hours: Mon - Fri, 35 hours per week 
��Service type: Community based (Adults)
��Duration: 3 months (with likelihood of extension)

• Develop tailored nutrition interventions to manage conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, gastrointestinal disorders, and malnutrition.
• Track progress, adjust dietary plans, and ensure interventions are effective.
• Provide guidance for patients with complex needs, including tube feeding, food allergies, or renal disease.
• Promote healthy eating habits to reduce risk of chronic illness.
• Deliver group education sessions on topics like weight management, heart health, or healthy ageing.
• Teach practical skills such as meal planning, portion control, and label reading.

Requirements:

• BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics
• CORU Registration is mandatory
• Full driver's license and access to own car required
• Be a resident in Ireland and hold one of the following: EU passport or GNIB card with Stamp 1G, Stamp 2, Stamp 4, Stamp 4D, Stamp 5, or 4 EUFam.
• Willing to undergo Garda Vetting. 
• International Police Clearance required (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
