Location: Ennis General Hospital, Ennis, Clare
Hours: 8.45am to 16.30pm with 45-minute break

• Lead and develop clinical pharmacy services across hospital departments or community settings
• Promote safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication management
• Oversee dispensary operations, including procurement, storage, and supply of medicines
• Provide expert advice on drug interactions, dosing, and therapeutic choices
• Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds and case reviews
• Support patients with medication counselling and adherence strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master of Pharmacy Degree
• Recognized by the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
• Be a resident in Ireland and hold one of the following: EU passport or GNIB card with Stamp 1G, Stamp 2, Stamp 4, Stamp 4D, Stamp 5, or 4 EUFam.
• Willing to undergo Garda Vetting. 
• International Police Clearance required (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
