Job Description:

As a Senior Medical Scientist specializing in Haematology at MRHP, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert analysis and interpretation of hematological data to support patient diagnosis and treatment. You will oversee laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and leading the haematology team in delivering efficient and accurate testing services.

Key Responsibilities:- Perform complex haematology testing and analysis, including blood film examination, coagulation studies, and bone marrow analysis.- Interpret and validate laboratory results, liaising with clinicians to provide expert advice on haematological conditions.- Supervise and mentor junior laboratory staff, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.- Ensure adherence to laboratory protocols and quality control measures to maintain high standards of practice.- Implement new testing procedures and technologies, staying updated with advancements in haematology.- Manage laboratory inventory, ensuring availability of necessary reagents and equipment.- Participate in clinical audits and research projects, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Medical Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred.- Extensive experience in haematology, with a strong understanding of laboratory techniques and equipment.
