Social Care Manager – Mainstream Residential

Contract: Full-time Permanent Position 40hrs

Salary: €54,000 - €57,000

Locations: Mountrath Co Laois

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5am, work from home option 1 day per week

About the Role:

As a Social Care Manager at Harmony Care, you will lead a dedicated team in providing the highest standard of care to children. You will oversee the day-to-day management of the Centre, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and national standards. This role requires strong leadership, governance, and operational oversight to create a nurturing, safe, and supportive environment for young people and team members.

Requirements:

• Level 7 or 8 in Applied Social Care or similar with Coru Registration
• Hold or be enrolled in a programme leading to a management qualification
• 4 years’ full time work experience in a children’s residential care setting post qualification
• Full licence and Car
