TTM Healthcare Solutions (TTM) have partnered with a leading organisation to recruit a Physiotherapy Assistant in Celbridge, Kildare.Job Title: Temporary Physiotherapy Assistant
Location: Northeast Kildare CHN, Celbridge Primary Care Centre, Celbridge, Kildare
Duration: 3-6 months initial contract
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapy Assistant to join our primary care team temporarily. The successful candidate will support physiotherapists in delivering high-quality care to patients, ensuring effective treatment and rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist physiotherapists with patient assessments and treatment plans.
- Prepare and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas.
- Guide patients through exercises and rehabilitation programs.
- Monitor patient progress and report to the physiotherapist.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients on exercises and lifestyle changes to aid recovery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Previous experience as a Physiotherapy Assistant or similar role.
- Knowledge of physiotherapy techniques and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be a resident in Ireland and hold one of the following: EU passport or GNIB card with Stamp 1G, Stamp 2, Stamp 4, Stamp 4D, Stamp 5, or 4 EUFam.
- Willing to undergo Garda Vetting.
- International Police Clearance required (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
