Location: Mayo Integrated Care Hub for Chronic Disease, Castlebar, Mayo
Hours: 35 hours per week

• Assess and treat complex patient cases across specialties such as musculoskeletal, neurology, respiratory, or paediatrics
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Work closely with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals
• Lead or contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
• Support integrated care pathways and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

Requirements:

• Bachelors or master's degree in Physiotherapy
• CORU Registration 
• Respiratory experience required
• Minimum of 3 years' experience
• Be a resident in Ireland and hold one of the following: EU passport or GNIB card with Stamp 1G, Stamp 2, Stamp 4, Stamp 4D, Stamp 5, or 4 EUFam.
• Willing to undergo Garda Vetting. 
• International Police Clearance required (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
