• Assess nutritional status using clinical, biochemical, and dietary data
• Develop individualized nutrition care plans tailored to medical conditions and patient goals
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting plans as needed
• Provide therapeutic dietary advice for conditions such as diabetes, renal disease, gastrointestinal disorders, and malnutrition
• Educate patients, families, and carers on nutrition-related health management
• Support patients with enteral and parenteral nutrition when required
• Work closely with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals to ensure integrated patient care

Requirements:

• BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics
• CORU Registration 
• Be a resident in Ireland and hold one of the following: EU passport or GNIB card with Stamp 1G, Stamp 2, Stamp 4, Stamp 4D, Stamp 5, or 4 EUFam.
• Willing to undergo Garda Vetting. 
• International Police Clearance required (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
