Location: Dublin 7
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week)
Salary: €60,013 – €78,015 depending on previous verified public sector experience
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a dynamic and progressive healthcare organisation based in Dublin. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partners, this role will provide expert operational HR support across a range of services, acting as a trusted advisor to management and contributing to the delivery of the organisation’s HR strategy.
This is a key generalist position offering the opportunity to influence strategic HR initiatives while supporting day-to-day operations in areas such as workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and staff development.
Act as an operational HR partner to managers across multiple sites.
Support and implement HR strategy, workforce and succession planning, and change management initiatives.
Lead and support recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives.
Provide expert advice on employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR) matters within a unionised environment.
Deliver and support training in performance management, supervision, and positive workplace culture.
Maintain HR policies, data, and reporting in line with legislative and HIQA requirements.
Support HR systems and reporting, including workforce metrics and dashboards.
Promote a culture aligned with organisational values, diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing.
