Overview: The ideal candidate will have experience working with contracts, be resilient in following up on updates, and be confident handling figures and invoicing.
-Send out and manage service arrangement contracts; review drafts, check errors, and reconcile financials.
-Liaise with agencies, update governance policies, arrange and minute SA meetings, and update SPG records.
-Coordinate quarterly KPI returns: set deadlines, check accuracy, and collate submissions.
-Track PA and IHHS budgets; update schedules; handle financial queries and service movement letters.
-Manage invoicing (mainly residential; PA and Home Support when needed).
-Maintain office Health & Safety documents.
-Take minutes at meetings and handle general admin (calls, filing, scanning).
-Experience with contracts and invoicing.
-Comfortable working with figures and financial data.
-Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
-Resilient, proactive, and able to chase updates.
-Good communication and minute-taking skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
