Location: Kells Children's Disability Network Team (CDNT)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Kells CDNT on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assessing and providing tailored therapeutic interventions to children with disabilities, ensuring they achieve their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children with disabilities.- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.- Monitor and evaluate therapy outcomes, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.- Provide guidance and support to junior staff and students, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with professional and organizational standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.- Current registration with CORU- Extensive experience in pediatric occupational therapy, preferably within a CDNT setting.
6 months, rolling thereafter.
