Check delivery address, quantity, and condition of goods.
Sign for deliveries and manage goods inwards/outwards per SOP.
Handle customer returns and related queries.
Deliver goods to various HSE locations when required.
Maintain documentation and filing (paper and digital).
Provide reception, telephone, and customer service.
Manage and process data accurately and promptly.
Ensure adherence to all HSE Health & Safety procedures.
Attend required HSE training.
Maintain store security and practice good housekeeping.
Perform other reasonable duties as required.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
Good team player with a customer-focused attitude.
Proficient computer skills (training provided).
Full clean driver’s licence.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Maintains confidentiality at all times.
